Route package protection is strongly encouraged for all T-shirt of the month club subscriptions. By adding to your initial subscription order, you will ensure coverage on all future T-shirt of the month club subscription shipments.
Packages lost damaged or stolen due to address or carrier issues are not liable by the Blue Origin shop. Adding this low cost package insurance option ensures your merchandise is protected in full value.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries.
These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order subscription activation and order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

HOW DO I SIGNUP?
Simply add the Quarterly Tee subscription to your cart. For additional information, refer to our subscription details.
HOW DOES A Quarterly SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
Quarterly Tee subscriptions bill on a recurring basis. Your initial sign up is your first quarter payment/shirt. Billing and orders are automated on the 1st day of the first month in the quarter (January, April, July, & September) and shirts are typically shipped by the 15th day in the month following the last month in the quarter.
All recurring charges take place on the 1st day of the first month in the quarter. You will receive a notice of your upcoming billing 5 days before the bill date and a second notice on the day your card is charged. If you cancel before the stated charge date, you will not be billed for another shirt. If you cancel on or after the stated charge date, it will be your last shirt.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FIRST SHIRT?
Subscriptions close on the last day of the month prior to the end of the quarter. Your first shirt will arrive the quarter following your sign up. You will receive a shipping notification email when your shirt is on the way to you.
Here are some examples:
- Subscription purchased on January 2nd; first shirt arrives mid-April. Your next charge will be April 1st and next shirt will arrive mid-July.
- Subscription purchased March 28th; first shirt arrives mid-April. Your next charge will be April 1st and next shirt will arrive mid-July.
- Subscription purchased April 1st; first shirt arrives mid-July. Your next charge will be July 1st and next shirt will arrive mid-October.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY SIZE OR ADDRESS FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you would like to update your size or shipping address, you can do so through your Account Details under the Manage Subscription section on the right-hand side. You can access your account by clicking here. If you don’t have an account, simply register for a new account under the same email you used at time of subscription.
To Change Address:
- Once you've logged into your account, follow these steps:
- From your "My Account" details click "Manage Subscriptions" from menu.
- From Subscriptions Orders select “Address& Payment”
- Select “Edit your details”
- Enter your new Subscription Shipping Address information.
- Make sure you hit save after making the changes.
To Change Sizing:
Once you've logged into your account, follow these steps:
- From your "My Account" details click "Manage Subscriptions" from menu on the right.
- From Subscriptions Orders select “Manage Subscription”
- Select your updated size
- Make sure you hit save after making the changes.
Please note: Any address or size changes or orders made after the 1st of the month apply to the following month’s shirt.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You are free to self-service cancel anytime after the first quarter. If you do choose to cancel, you may do so in your Account Details. You can access your account by clicking here and logging into your account. If you don’t have an account, simply register for a new account under the same email you used at time of subscription.
Once you've logged into your account, follow these steps:
- From your "My Account" details click "Manage Subscriptions"
- From “Subscriptions” select “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom of the page
- Select your reasons and hit next
- Confirm Cancel Subscription

AM I ABLE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A SHIRT?
These shirts are non-refundable but we will offer exchanges for different sizes if stock is available. As these are limited edition designs exclusive to subscription members only, please note this is always subject to inventory availability. We encourage all shoppers to utilize the size chart provided for best fit. We will also happily replace damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Otherwise, all sales are final. What is Route?
Route's Green Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that it is lost, stolen, or damaged. For an additional fee at checkout on the Blue Origin Shop website, Route Protection can be added to your orders. Due to the high number of claims, Route Protect is recommended for all purchases.
How Does Route Work?
If your Route-protected order is lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order is replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed. You can download Route’s mobile app for iOS or Android to visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery.
Why Add Route:
With Route Protect and their free Route App, you can visually track your orders in one place and easily file a claim with their team if your shipment is deemed lost or stolen — with no movement in their tracking system after just 7 business days. No police reports are required by Route. Damaged shipments can also be reported immediately to Route.
